Property Summary

Juniper House is a modern gated development on Pomeroy St. Up on the third floor we have this two double bedroom apartment with sweeping views.
From the car park, you can either scoot up the stairs, or take the lift to floor 3. You enter into an 'L' shaped hallway that has built in storage.
The Lounge is at the rear of the flat and is a generously proportioned bright space. There's double glazed doors on the balcony, which overlooks the very pleasant and well maintained communal grounds.

Opposite this is the kitchen, a cheerful sunburst yellow affair with room for a table and chairs.

The first bedroom is also at the rear overlooking the grounds, and is a good double with a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom two is next up, also a decent double with a recess for a wardrobe, or build something in yourself if you like...
The hallway also houses the bathroom, with natural light, and the separate WC that enjoys the same.

There is a car park on site, apply to the L.A. for a space, and the communal grounds to the rear are delightful. There's lots of greenery to sit in, a seating area and kids playground.

Pomeroy St is perfectly placed for Queens Rd Peckham station, for mainline into London Bridge, and the Overground/Jubilee connections into Docklands, the West End and the City. There's also a plethora of buses at either end of Pomeroy St whisking you up to town, the Elephant and further afield.

We're still hoping the Bakerloo extension winds its way down here in the not too distant future.

Lots to do around too, with plenty of park space from Peckam Rye in the West, the two Telegraph Hill parks in SE14, and Greenwich & Blackheath to the East.

The White Hart and The Rose opposite NXG station are both lively and offer extended opening, and The Telegraph has a mean Monday night quiz and a fab Sunday roast. The Rosemary on the main road offer up some great organic Hungarian food.

Telegraph Hill lower park now has an excellent Saturday market with fresh meat and produce from Kent growers, along with an Italian wine merchant, bread and cakes stands, and a traditional butcher from the Brecon Beacons no less!
