Property Summary

Sitting prettily at the Sydenham end of Perry Hill is a row of traditional terraced houses, and one in from the end of is where you will find my client's period Beauty.

In through the front door and you are welcomed into the neat hallway. This leads us into the through reception: Bright, high ceilings, bay fronted, feature fireplace, parquet flooring and cool, white decor all contribute to an understated elegance that feels exactly right for the period. Versatile too: Families might consider reinstating the dividing doors to create a kids telly room with doors to the garden and a quiet, tranquil grown ups room at the front, or if more formal dining is your thing then again, there's scope to impress.

Down the hallway and you're into the kitchen/diner. Again, lots of cool white units and decor enhanced by tons of light flooding in, and the parquet theme continues.
There's room for all the usual appliances and the oven and hob are integrated. There's ample dining/entertaining space, and the French doors leading to the garden are perfect for the Summer.

Ascend to the first floor landing and we have bedroom one at the front. A nice sized double with built in wardrobes and a cool, blue theme. Lots of display shelving in the alcoves for night time reading.

Behind is bedroom two, another double with built in storage.

Down the hall and is where we find the bathroom - fully tiled and a three piece white suite. Lots of natural light in here too.

Last up is bedroom three. An easy guest room, study, nursery or wfh space.

Plenty to explore around the area. Sydenham and Forest Hill are awash now with trendy cafes, bars and eateries (Trattoria Raffaele is a favourite and Time Out gives it a nod of approval), vintage and traditional shops.
The huge Sainsburys over the road in Bell Green takes care of the big shop.

Mayow Park is very handy, with an outside gym and tennis courts and cafe, and if the weather is foul, you're but 5 mins from The Bridge Leisure Centre's facilities. The pool's great for that early morning swim!

Lower Sydenham station is 5 minutes away and runs services into Cannon St & Charing Cross.
Forest Hill Station is about 15-20 mins up Perry Rise and gets you into London Bridge via the mainline, or the Overground for Dalston, Hackney and Islington plus the Jubilee from Canada Water for Docklands and the West End.
