“Warren is quite simply the best estate agent we have worked with after several house moves over the years. Our house in Telegraph Hill was not the most straightforward to sell (as the local ‘corporate’ estate agents had found when they had a go) and as an independent estate agent Warren was able to give us considerably more time to really understand the issues well and then get to grips with how to solve the problems. Warren opened his comprehensive contacts book to put us in touch with a host of contacts including structural engineers, builders, etc, all people who are normally a challenge to get hold of.
